PAYMENT AND SCHEDULING

SCHEDULING AND BOOK APPOINTMENTS: Advance booking is strongly encouraged so that we can accommodate all of your appointments and meet your desired scheduling. We understand that changes to your schedule are part of the planning process and we will make every effort to accommodate these changes, subject to appointment availability.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any Changes or cancellations must be made no later than 2 weeks in advance. Any cancellations on the service date will result in a full charge for the appointment. Appointment services and times cannot be changed on the day of the scheduled appointments. Doing so will result in the loss of the appointment and a full charge for the service will be incurred. It is important that all appointment services and times be closely adhered to, as originally scheduled, so that we may provide the optimal service that you deserve on your special day.

PAYMENTS AND DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking your appointments. We accept checks, credit/debit cards, and of course cash. The remaining balance is due on the date of the services. A 20% gratuity will be added to all bridal services.

Typical Services for You and Your Wedding Party 

Bridal Updo and Formal Hair Styling: Starting at $ 95.00 +. Please allow at least 1 ½ hour for this service. Brides are required to schedule a trial run with their stylist, 1 month prior to the event. Please bring along any head piece, tiara, veil or any other items to be used on your wedding day. Your Stylist will provide instructions as needed. Clients are to arrive with clean, dry hair no flatiron.

Bridesmaid Updo and Formal Hair Styling: Starting at $75.00 +. Please allow at least 1 ½ hour for this services. Please inform your wedding coordinator if anyone in your party has exceptionally long hair to assist us in scheduling the appropriate time for your Bridesmaid. Please provide us with a description of any special requirements such as special headpieces or flowers. This information will allow us to schedule the appropriate time for each bridesmaid.

Flower Girls or children under 10 years of age: Starting at $50.00 +. Please allow at least 1 ½ hour for this services. Please inform your wedding coordinator if anyone in your party has exceptionally long hair to assist us in scheduling the appropriate time for your Flower Girl. Please provide us with a description of any special requirements such as special headpieces or flowers. This information will allow us to schedule the appropriate time for each Flower Girl.

Blow Dry and Hairstyling: Starting at $35.00 +. Please allow 45 minutes for this service. Clients are shampooed at our relaxing shampoo area and styled after consultation.

For The Groom and the Groomsmen: Men’s haircuts are available for 22+. Please allow 30 minutes for this service.

Make-up station rental: Please provide extra time at the salon for hair and make-up if you are hiring a professional make-up artist to come in the day of your wedding. Make-up professional typically take a ½ hour per application. Station Rental is available for $25 each ½ hour. A make-up artist is not provided by the salon… professional make-up artist are hired by Bride.

Your wedding is important to us too, and we will make sure that you and your bridesmaids will look fabulous on this very important day. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions that you may have. We are here to assist you in making your day everything you want it to be!

REFRESHMENTS

We provide coffee, tea and water. You may make arrangements to bring in snacks for your wedding party and we will make sure we have the proper serving area arranged.
