Thank you for your interest in Salon 37 for your wedding! We take
pride in preparing brides and attendants and hope you will choose us for your
wedding day beauty needs.
PAYMENT AND SCHEDULING
NO DISCOUNTS OR COUPONS ARE APPLICABLE
SCHEDULING AND BOOK APPOINTMENTS: Advance booking is strongly encouraged so that we can accommodate all of your appointments and meet your desired scheduling. We understand that changes to your schedule are part of the planning process and we will make every effort to accommodate these changes, subject to appointment availability.
- Hair must be washed the night before scheduled appointments.
- Hair scheduled for an up-do or 1/2 up – 1/2 down cannot be wet upon arrival for appointment.
- The bride shall instruct all persons receiving makeup applications to prepare their facial skin by exfoliating and moisturizing.
- Everyone should wear a button-down shirt so as not to disturb their hair when changing.
*If these requirements are not met, we reserve the right to refuse service.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Any Changes or cancellations must be made no later than 2 weeks in advance. Any cancellations on the service date will result in a full charge for the appointment. Appointment services and times cannot be changed on the day of the scheduled appointments. Doing so will result in the loss of the appointment and a full charge for the service will be incurred. It is important that all appointment services and times be closely adhered to, as originally scheduled, so that we may provide the optimal service that you deserve on your special day.
PAYMENTS AND DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking your appointments. We accept checks, credit/debit cards, and of course cash. The remaining balance is due on the date of the services. A 20% gratuity will be added to all bridal services.

Typical Services for You and Your Wedding PartyÂ
Bridal Updo and Formal Hair Styling: Starting at $ 95.00 +. Please allow at least 1 ½ hour for this service. Brides are required to schedule a trial run with their stylist, 1 month prior to the event. Please bring along any head piece, tiara, veil or any other items to be used on your wedding day. Your Stylist will provide instructions as needed. Clients are to arrive with clean, dry hair no flatiron.
Bridesmaid Updo and Formal Hair Styling: Starting at $75.00 +. Please allow at least 1 ½ hour for this services. Please inform your wedding coordinator if anyone in your party has exceptionally long hair to assist us in scheduling the appropriate time for your Bridesmaid. Please provide us with a description of any special requirements such as special headpieces or flowers. This information will allow us to schedule the appropriate time for each bridesmaid.
Flower Girls or children under 10 years of age: Starting at $50.00 +. Please allow at least 1 ½ hour for this services. Please inform your wedding coordinator if anyone in your party has exceptionally long hair to assist us in scheduling the appropriate time for your Flower Girl. Please provide us with a description of any special requirements such as special headpieces or flowers. This information will allow us to schedule the appropriate time for each Flower Girl.
Blow Dry and Hairstyling: Starting at $50.00 +. Please allow 45 minutes for this service. Clients are shampooed at our relaxing shampoo area and styled after consultation.
For The Groom and the Groomsmen: Men’s haircuts are available for 25+. Please allow 30 minutes for this service.
Bridal Make-up: Planning for your big day is a time you have always dreamed of. Everything from trying on the dress to choosing your photographer and venue. Hair and makeup are such an important piece to completing your overall look.
One very important detail on your wedding day is your bridesmaid’s makeup. Consistency is key for great images and when your bridal party is all done by the same makeup artist they can plan for consistency. As a makeup artist specializing in bridal parties, I find it makes a huge difference. If you want professional photos, with your entire bridal party in sync.
While for a bride, my goal is to enhance the individual’s beauty, I look at the bridal party as a whole. I ensure that the makeup matches the dresses, doesn’t upstage the bridal makeup, and is appropriate for the theme of the wedding.

We provide coffee, tea and water. You may make arrangements to bring in snacks for your wedding party and we will make sure we have the proper serving area arranged.
